The design identity of the Zoom L series was established by attempting to use a mathematical formula that determines the entire system by simply changing one Φ value in order to accommodate the different number of operation switches and set sizes for each model variation, while maintaining the same angle and front thickness that are optimal for studio mixing operations.
スタジオミキシング操作に最適な角度、手前の厚さを共通化しながら、機種バリエーションごとに異なる操作スイッチ類の数、セットサイズの変化に対応する為に、一つのΦ数値を変えるだけで全体が決定される数式を使った試みにより、Zoom LシリーズのDI(デザインアイデンティティ)を確立。
